Lead- Policy & Fundraising
Tinkerhub is a For-Impact, Non-Profit Organisation aimed at making use of 21st-Century Technologies and Learning Methods to foster a fresh breed of highly skilled young people empowered with technical and social skills.
We’re a community of tinkerers, makers, policy geeks & students, and are working towards mapping and empowering people who share a passion to innovate.
We are looking for a Policy Lead who will work with our CEO, COO and board members to start a policy arm/team within Tinkerhub whose predominant responsibility will be to create proposals for partnerships and fundraising along with starting a policy vertical at TinkerHub.
In this role, you will be required to
Strategise and create a framework for internal policies and academic research at TinkerHub
Create and analyze surveys, feedback forums to measure the impact of our efforts from learners
Write policy proposals/scheme notes that are required for Goverment collaboration
Write grant proposals to potential funders
Pursue and track grant applications
Contribute to innovation policy of Kerala state leveraging our hands on experience and our internal resources
Job Requirements
2-3 years of work experience from development sector or education background in similar areas
Keen interest to make a difference and be a part of a non-profit organization that is changing the lives of thousands of students across Kerala
Any degree / post graduation or equivalent experience.
- Prior Experience in carrying out any of the above-mentioned responsibilities would be an add-on (not mandatory).

Compensation 30,000 to 40,000 per month.
